Google Docs allows you to create and share documents for free through email and online. If you have a Facebook fan page, you may wish to share a company or organization document that you created in Google Docs with your fans. Once a Google Doc is published, it is available to the public. Your fans don't need a Google account to view the document; they simply click the Google Docs link and are able to see the document as a public Web page.
.Log in to your Google Docs account at docs.google.com.
.Click the document file name under the list of available documents in the center of the window.
.Click the arrow to the right of the 'Share' button in the upper right corner of the document window and select 'Publish as Web Page.'
.Highlight the document URL under 'This Document Is Published on the Web.'
.Press the 'Ctrl' and 'C' keys simultaneously to copy the URL.
.Click 'Link' under 'News Feed' on the homepage of Facebook.
.Click inside the Link field and press the 'Ctrl' and 'V' key simultaneously to paste the Google Doc URL.
.Click 'Attach.' A link to your Google Doc file is now published on your Facebook profile.
